1. Where to send a copyright notice
If you believe content on The Typing Games infringes your copyright, send your notice to:

2. What your DMCA notice must include
To help us review your claim promptly, your notice should include all of the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, together with enough information for us to locate it on the site, such as the exact page URL.
- Information reasonably sufficient to let us contact you, such as your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
3. What happens after we receive a notice
After receiving a complete notice, we may review the claim and remove or disable access to the reported material if appropriate. We may also notify the affected party that material was removed or disabled following a copyright complaint.
4. Counter-notice procedure
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person’s agent.
5. Repeat infringer policy
Where appropriate, The Typing Games may restrict, suspend, or terminate access by users or contributors who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
6. Misrepresentation
Please do not send false, misleading, or abusive notices or counter-notices. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may expose the sender to liability under applicable law.

If your concern relates to attribution, licensing, or another rights issue that may be resolved without a takedown request, you may contact us first at support@thetypinggames.com. We may be able to clarify the issue or resolve it more quickly.
8. Important note about designated agents
If you are relying on the DMCA safe-harbor framework as a service provider, the U.S. Copyright Office explains that online service providers should designate a DMCA agent and make the agent’s contact information publicly available on the site. If you want full safe-harbor alignment, you should also make sure your designated agent registration is properly filed and maintained with the U.S. Copyright Office.
